You will get a shipping label to send your headset for repair. A free shipping label is not available for international customers. 

 Note: The replacement headset will be used with 90 day warranty.

By purchasing this service we will send you prepaid shipping label via email, you will use that label to send your defective headset for repair. If you are an international customer we cannot send a pepaid label to you, so you will be responsible for shipping the headset to us. Once the repair is done the your headset will be shipped back to you. The return shipping costs are included in your service purchase.

IMPORTANT NOTICE TO INTERNATIONAL BUYERS:  The shipping and Handling fees does not included any additional Customs Taxes or Duties that you might be paying at your local Customs office or Post Office.
