## **Return & Refund Policy**

We stand behind the quality of our products. Please read this policy carefully, as it outlines the conditions under which returns and refunds are accepted.

### **Eligibility for Returns**

* Returns are accepted **within 30 calendar days of the original purchase date**.
* To be eligible for a return, the item **must be returned in the same condition in which it was received**, including:

  * Original packaging
  * All accessories, manuals, cables, parts, and inserts
  * No signs of wear, installation, use, alteration, tampering, or damage

Returned items are subject to a 20% restocking fee if they can't be resold as new. 

Items that do not meet these conditions **may be denied a return or may qualify only for a partial refund**, at our sole discretion.

### **Return Authorization Required**

* All returns **must be approved in advance**.
* Customers must contact us to obtain **return authorization and instructions** before sending any item back.
* Unauthorized returns, refused shipments, or packages sent without approval **may be rejected or returned to the sender** at the buyer’s expense.

### **Return Shipping Costs**

* **Buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs**, including:

  * Domestic returns
  * International returns
* Original shipping fees are **non-refundable**, including expedited shipping and international shipping charges.
* We strongly recommend using a **trackable and insured shipping method**, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

### **Condition Assessment & Refunds**

* All returned items are **inspected upon receipt**.

* **Full refunds** are issued only if the item is returned in **unused, unaltered, and resalable condition**.

* If an item shows signs of:

  * Use
  * Installation
  * Missing parts or packaging
  * Physical damage
  * Electrical damage
  * Tampering, modification, or serial-number removal

  a **partial refund or no refund** may be issued based on the condition and loss in value.

* Refund deductions may include, but are not limited to:

  * Restocking fees
  * Repair or testing costs
  * Replacement of missing or damaged components

### **International Orders**

* International buyers are responsible for:

  * Original outbound shipping costs
  * Return shipping costs
  * Any customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or import/export charges

These costs are **non-refundable under any circumstances**.

### **Non-Returnable Situations**

The following are **not eligible for returns or refunds**:

* Items damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or negligence
* Items altered or repaired by the buyer or third parties
* Items returned after the 30-day return window
* Items returned incomplete or with substituted parts
* Items damaged during return shipping due to improper packaging

### **Chargebacks & Disputes**

* Customers agree to contact us directly to resolve any issues before filing a chargeback or payment dispute.
* Fraudulent claims, false damage reports, or abuse of the return process **may result in denial of future purchases** and evidence being provided to payment processors.

### **Final Decision**

* All return, refund, and partial-refund determinations are made **solely by our company** after inspection.
* Our decision regarding item condition and refund amount is **final**.
