* Minor cosmetic imperfections, packaging damage, or signs of handling **do not affect functionality** and are **not grounds for return**.

* Compatibility, firmware, and software support are **buyer’s responsibility** unless explicitly stated.

## 3. NO UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS / RMA REQUIRED
* **All returns require prior written authorization (RMA).**
* Unauthorized returns will be **refused or returned to sender** at the buyer’s expense.
* Returns sent to the wrong address or without RMA are **not our responsibility**.

## 4. STRICT RETURN & REFUND POLICY

### RESTOCKING FEES
