This item is Brand New and guaranteed to be
free of defects and fully functional, optional additional warranty is
also available by Square Trade. This was out store display unit so
it's brand new never installed but it's missing the original box and
retail packaging. It does included all the items shown in photos and if
you don't see it in any of the photos then it is not included. The list
of what is NOT included could be 10 pages long for example pipes,
filters, water pump, motorized valves, wireless remotes etc are NOT
included. So the easiest way to understand what you will be getting is
to see all the pictures. The control panel is detachable and it can be
mounted remotely in a more convenient location. But to do this you will
have to use a longer wire which is sold separately. The housing is all
weather rain resistant with a rubber gasket around it to protect the
electronics inside. Please scroll down and look at all the
